A downloadable game

TOYA is a minimalist puzzle game where the less you know the better.

Set in an abstract, visually striking world, players take control of a simple cube and navigate clever, handcrafted levels that challenge creative thinking over twitch reflexes. As the cube grows in size, the way you interact with the environment transforms. What was once an obstacle becomes a platform, a passage, or a puzzle in itself.

Originally created in just four weeks, TOYA  won the SAGE Elevate Award and has resonated with players of all ages for its intuitive controls, UI-free design, and a unique core mechanic that reshapes both gameplay and perspective. It’s a joyful, tactile experience that rewards curiosity and leaves a lasting impression.

The concept is fun and the visual/sound design is really engaging and tactile, but unfortunately there's way too many glitches (it took me three restarts for the initial cube to actually spawn at the start, falling off the edge of the platform sometimes softlocks the game entirely) for me to play through it all the way as it is. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it next, though!

Hi Kitty,

Thanks for playing our game! You're totally right there are lots of glitches and softlocks yet to smooth out but we hope you had fun despite that!

I love how the gameplay isn't interrupted by menu screens. It has a real purity about it.

It's also compatible with hundreds of controllers, since it won't interfere with JoyToKey. I am happy to make reference to CUBE. on conflexgames.com.

Hi Conflex!
We'd love that, please do! If you would like a personal comment or interview please shoot us a message here, or jump onto the CUBE discord and we'd be happy to!

This is a really nicely polished little game, with a great concept and good level design. The only problem is that I want more of it!
